During this past week we have utilized our license plate readers again. On October 19, 2023, our plate reader hit on a stolen motor vehicle which immediately alerts our officers and dispatchers. Our officers acted immediately to locate the vehicle traveling through our town. The officers observed the vehicle as it was entering another town. The vehicle left the area without incident.
